Produit ne marche pas

Le téléphone ne fonctionne pas! Quand je reçois un appel, je décroche puis j'entends rien et mon correspondant la même chose. en plus la batterie se vide très rapidement !!! pas du tout sérieux tout cela. je veux être remboursé
