Good product/misleading advertisement

Good quality refurbished HDD after 6 months of use... However, it's not ''Seagate'' as advertised on the image & Brand tag but rather ''TOSHIBA'' and that's not a problem since both are excellent brands, the problem is the misleading/false advertisement of the product by the seller who needs to avoid such practices...
