.this is for coffee machine I bought. Bad Service

Buy from this organization at your own risk. Do not believe their return policy. They do not honor it I wanted to return a coffee maker, so I initiated the return. They rejected it and gave the reason that I did not indicate how I wanted the money returned This is totally false as during the return process the system asked me how I wanted my money back and I said to credit my credit card In summary. These people have no clue what good customer service is.
